Hi, I’m Bailey Young. I lead business development and marketing at Spann Roofing, where I get to wear a few hats — overseeing sales strategy, managing community engagement, building team processes, and helping turn big ideas into clear, actionable plans. Originally from Aynor, I have a deep appreciation for our local community and the people who make it feel like home. A big part of my role is making sure our teams have the structure, tools, and support they need to grow — whether that’s refining training programs, organizing events, strengthening customer relationships, or launching new campaigns. I’m passionate about creating systems that work and building connections that last. What drives me most is helping our company, and our people move forward with intention, clarity, and heart.

Definition of a Successful Leader: A successful leader understands and values the perspectives of others, gives credit to others, and is always willing to learn, and stays positive and solution-focused during challenges. All three of these show empathy, humility and resilience.
Advice to 18-Year-Old Self: Keep your head up and stay motivated and good things will come your way, and I'm very proud of you and what you'll accomplish in the future.
