Favorite Quote and Why: "A day without laughter is a day wasted." – Charlie Chaplin. This quote reminds us that joy, laughter, and lighthearted moments are essential to a life well lived. It suggests that if an entire day passes without a reason to smile or laugh, we've missed an opportunity to connect with the beauty around us. I truly love what I do, and it really gives me joy to share my success with family and friends. If you don't love or enjoy what you do for a living, you are in the wrong industry.

Definition of a Successful Leader: A successful leader is someone who serves with integrity, leads with purpose, and inspires others to be their best. It's not about titles or recognition. It's about building trust, creating opportunities, and making a lasting impact on the people and communities you serve. A great leader listens, communicates with honesty, makes tough decisions with confidence, and celebrates the success of others. At the end of the day, leadership is measured not by what you accomplish alone, but by how many people you empower to grow alongside you.

Advice to 18-Year-Old Self: If I could give my 18-year-old self one piece of advice, it would be this: Work harder than you think you need to, stay true to who you are, and never let someone else's limitations become your own. There will always be people who tell you "no," who doubt your abilities, or who think your goals are too ambitious. Don't let their opinions define your path. Success doesn't happen overnight. It comes from showing up every day, putting in the work, learning from failures, and refusing to give up when things get difficult. Believe in yourself, keep moving forward, and remember that the opportunities meant for you are often waiting just beyond the moments when others would have quit.
