Partnership Grand Strand to Run "The BIG Mentor Experience" Workshop This September

Partnership Grand Strand (PGS), the nonprofit foundation of the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce, is hosting “The BIG Mentor Experience,” a five-part workshop series designed to provide local business owners with tools, insights and mentorship to help sustain and grow their operations.

Each session takes place from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and is held at the chamber office at 1200 North Oak Street, Myrtle Beach. Participants will receive the BIG Mentor Moment workbook, a resource to support your business. Lunch will be served.

Sept. 11

Operational Efficiencies: A deep dive into streamlining workflows, identifying gaps, and boosting sustainability. Topics include systems, staffing, cost management and supply chains.

Sept. 25Keeping It Legal: Understand the legal essentials of running a small business, including business structure, contracts, liability, compliance, employment law and intellectual property. Guest Speaker: Grand Strand Law Group.

Oct. 6

Financial Management: Take control of your business finances with strategies around budgeting, cash flow, pricing, and funding options. Learn to assess your financial position and plan for sustainable growth.

Oct. 23

Succession Planning: Step back to evaluate your long-term business vision. Learn how to map goals, align operations, and develop a plan for leadership transitions and business continuity. (Held at the HTC Aspire HUB)

Nov. 5

Branding and Marketing: Explore the elements of impactful branding from defining your unique value proposition to building a consistent visual identity and messaging strategy.

Attendees can register for one or all five workshops. The registration fee for one session is $25. The bundle costs $100.
