How do you define leadership?

Leadership isn't about the size of your team, it's about being someone people can trust. A true leader is a servant to those around them, showing up consistently, rolling up their sleeves, and doing whatever it takes to move the ball forward. Leadership is less about a title and more about the impact you have on the people beside you.

What’s the best advice you have received in business that you wish to pass on to our readers?

The best advice I ever received was to get out of your comfort zone and get involved. Networking has opened more doors than I ever expected, not just professionally, but personally. The connections I've made over the years have led to career growth and, more importantly, lifelong friendships. Leaning into discomfort and showing up for others is something I'd recommend to anyone.

What one thing have you learned that has served you well over the years?

Never stop learning, and stay coachable. Some of the most rewarding experiences come from stepping into roles or challenges outside of what you ever imagined for yourself. I never pictured myself in some of the roles I’ve had over the years, but leaning into the unknown led me to work I truly love. Being open to growth, even when it's uncomfortable, can change the trajectory of your career.
