Is there a mentor who has meant a lot to you in your career?

I've been fortunate to learn from a few leaders who modeled both high expectations and genuine care for people. The most impactful mentors challenged me to think strategically while staying grounded in purpose. They taught me that how you lead matters just as much as what you accomplish.

If there is one thing you could go back and do differently what would it be?

I would have trusted my instincts earlier in my career. Experience has taught me that good judgment, combined with data, is powerful. My confidence has grown over time, and I've learned that acting decisively, while remaining open to learning and hearing other ideas, is far more effective than overanalyzing.
