What is your greatest fear, and how do you manage fear?

My greatest fear is becoming stagnant, no longer learning, growing, or evolving. Growth is what keeps me energized and relevant, both personally and professionally. I handle that fear by staying curious, continuing my education, and surrounding myself with people who challenge and inspire me. For me, growth isn’t optional; it’s a commitment to showing up fully in my work and in my life.

What’s the best advice you have received in business that you wish to pass on to our readers?

The best advice I received was to start before you feel ready, because there is no perfect time. In business, most people wait for certainty, but growth comes from taking action. I started my own practice at 60, and that decision changed everything. My advice is simple: trust yourself, take the first step, and be willing to learn as you go. The right time is the moment you decide to begin.
