Is there a mentor who has meant a lot to you in your career?

Yes, two actually. Mr. V and Superintendent Cameron Runyan have been incredibly influential mentors in my career. They consistently provide honest feedback, both positive and constructive, and have pushed me to grow professionally. Most importantly, they saw things in me that I didn’t see in myself, challenging me to step outside my comfort zone and lead with confidence. Their words and guidance have played a significant role in my development and success.

What one thing have you learned that has served you well over the years?

One thing I've learned that has served me well is to pick your battles. Everything can't be a fight. Not every issue requires immediate attention or a reaction. Prioritize what truly matters at the moment. It will allow you to stay focused and lead effectively. This will help you build stronger relationships and ensure energy is spent on what will make the greatest impact.
