Radha Herring founded the Watermark Real Estate Group in 2007. Watermark is a boutique-style firm that covers the 60-mile Grand Strand coastline. Herring’s role as broker-in-charge includes partnering with attorneys, judges, and courts to assist clients dealing with probate, bankruptcy, and divorce. Among Herring’s honors is a 2012 South Carolina Small Business Person of the Year award and also representing the state at the U.S. Small Business Administration’s national conference. She is now serving her third term on the Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce board and has served as chairman.
